Professional Profiles
Lucy
received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1981 from the
University of Mississippi School of Nursing.
As a registered nurse, she worked in a variety of
patient care areas from 1981 to 1990.
Continuing to work as a nurse, Lucy pursued further
education acquiring her Masters in Nursing degree, with a
specialty in Critical Care and Cardiovascular as a Clinical
Nurse Specialist at University of California, San Francisco in
1990. Lucy decided to seek further education again by acquiring her
post-masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from
California State University, Fresno in 1995.
Lucy enjoys getting to know her patients and their
families.
Away
from work, Lucy loves spending time with her husband and
stepdaughter, along with her other family members and friends.
Lucy enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, and
gardening in her spare time.
